Stone Base - Electrical Type



The top section of the ovens are covered with fire brick and the bottom sections are built with stone (resistant up to 1200 centigrade degrees), STAINLESS SHEET IRON or METAL casting.

The system has electronic systems that can separately set the top and bottom heating adjustments based on the requested product.

The baking times, which are 1 to 12 minutes for products like pizza, pide, lavash, phyllo, lahmacun and bagel etc., can be adjusted electronically.

The oven has wheels so that it can be moved anywhere without demounting. Depending on the type and the length the oven weighs around 500 to 1000 kg.

The heating system of the oven can be heated up to 300 – 350 centigrade and can work continuously.

The whole system is designed and produced in certified and verified CE standards
