GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

1-The baking times can adjust between 0.5 to 12 minutes for products like pizza, pide, lavash, phyllo, lahmacun and bagel etc., can be adjusted electronically.

2- The heating system of the oven can be heated up to 320 – 340 centigrade and can work continuously.

3-Direct flame system or Electric Heater System.

4-The baking surface is stone (Optional: Wire or Steel Plate)

6-The carbon monoxide output is much less than the acceptable world standards.
