BREAD PROCESSING LINE SPECIFICATIONS
⦁ The dimensions of the machines vary depending on the reguested machine type and the reguested product types.
⦁ It is possible to cut in any size in length-cut with guillotine system.
⦁ It is possible to cut width-cut via adjustable disc cutting system.
⦁ The machine has the features to work fast-slow through the electronic control panel.
⦁ It is easy to install, maintain and use.
⦁ Dough infeed before reduction is controlled by means of speed differences between speed of the belt and the dough sheet.
⦁ Dough outfeed tension is controlled by loop controls.
⦁ Cleaning per section is possible for a higher productivity.
⦁ Depending on the dough formulation and machine system used in the production lines, the guillotine cutting shows a standard deviation of up to 20% plus and minus. In the Unotek machine system, this deviation rate is even lower as 6 - 8%.
⦁ It is possible to produce bread from 40 grams to 1000 grams in the production line.
⦁ Easily replaceable molds to produce different products.
⦁ Cleaning per section is possible for a higher productivity.
⦁ The surfaces that have contact with the products are made of stainless AISI 304 materials compiying with food production.
⦁ Operator panels of the system and user manuals are designed in Turkish and English.
⦁ Some malfunctions in the system can be seen in the operator panel.
⦁ Some of the motors in the system (with / without reducer) are with Inverter (drive) and the drive speeds can be adjusted at desired intervals without going to the control screen during manufacturing.
